The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for the recruitment activities for all the North American Nexelis sites.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop a recruitment strategy for each type of position
- Manage candidacies and the interview process to recruit candidates for vacant positions and to create a talent pool for future recruitment
- Identify essential competencies with the help of the departmental hiring manager for evaluating candidates
- Perform telephone interviews
- Establish a strategy to increase the Nexelis brand recognition on social media
- Master the art of sourcing
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Advisor role
- Excellent client-facing approach and follow up skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry is an asset
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or other related discipline
