Raymond Kaiser, PhD joined the executive leadership team at Nexelis in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Kaiser has 30 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (Eli Lilly, Elanco, Wyeth/Pfizer, and Merck) and Contract Research Organizations (Covance and Eurofins).
During his tenure in the biopharmaceutical industry, Dr. Kaiser has predominantly worked in product development of biologics and vaccines with a deep technical expertise in mass spectrometric biophysical characterization. He held numerous leadership positions in analytical, process and product development and QA/QC resulting in licensure of a number of key products including: Forteo’, Prevenar 13, Gardasil 9, Keytruda, among others. In the CRO industry, Dr. Kaiser held global scientific and operational leadership positions in GMP product testing and GLP Bioanalytical.
