Nathalie Houle was appointed to Nexelis as Vice President, Human Resources in 2020. In this role, she provides leadership and direction to ensure the development of a stimulating employee experience that is aligned with Nexelis’ overall strategy. She also works closely with the other executives to build and maintain a talented workforce that is engaged, skilled, and committed to supporting our clients.
With more than 25 years experience, Ms. Houle contributed to the full range of human resources functions: change management, organizational development, talent acquisitions and more. Prior to joining Nexelis, Ms. Houle held executive roles in contract research and information technology fields with growth and expansion on an international scale. She contributed to the growth and success of companies in these fields, who evolved in a high pace growth environment.
Ms. Houle holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from University of Montreal.
